they like to go after those big sized indian lau cheks with
handle bar moustaches .... cos the CSMs always bring up the rear of
the marching coy .... 
last time COS duty was fun ... some pricks from long ago gave the
coy line number to some bapok, and every single night, we'd get
multiple phone calls from "mary", "xiao xiao", "anna" etc etc
...
they'll also go flash at the prowlers along the fences sometimes
...
